The headline stories on wave 3's online edition are predominantly fluff pieces that don't affect the majority of the populations lives. The headline could be so much more efficient in delivering the news to a bigger mass of people, if only they didn't use it on fluff articles. Instead of reporting petty crimes, or what a business mogul has recently invested in, wave 3 could put political articles as the headline so that more people would be interested in the news that affects them and not just a select few. Some of the online top stories are about events and decisions that the majority of the local population don't even know about which makes the whole point of a top story inefficient.
